LOVE

This mural was painted for The Walls Art Park out in Waverly Tennessee (about 45 minutes away from Nashville). They have recently been hit with tragedy following a torrential flood that took the lives of 20 people.

I wanted to bring some light and love into their community. I decided this wall which is a 90-degree structure would play very well with my custom typography “Anamorphic Alphabet”.

The “Anamorphic Alphabet” was created to showcase upper and lower case letters in a single letter form using only one line that never intersects. Also, each group of letters is constrained to the same dimensions, which is typically not found in typography between different letters.

This was completed with spray paint in September 2021 and measures roughly 10’ x 18’.
