Not What You Expected

What appears to be a normal dried out brush mounted and framed in a minimal box, upon closer inspection reveals a subtle reversal of what we know. The handle is made of fine horse hair while the top is wood with dried paint made to look like bristles. A play on perspective and how people experience “inattention blindness” and how our brains in fill information for what it already knows.
